Section 4. Governing law and jurisdiction

The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of New Yorkthe State of Delaware for any dispute arising out of this Agreement.

How does the Word add-in work?

The add-in opens the ENSPACE panel inside Word. Your reviewer picks the review agent and a playbook, gets suggestions as tracked changes with the reason next to each clause, and accepts or rejects them one by one. It also applies workspace templates without switching systems.

What happens when AI can't find something in the document?

The field comes back blank. Nothing is invented and no value is suggested in its place. The item waits in a pending queue instead of moving to an approver, and the missing field is logged with a timestamp. Everything else keeps moving.

What stays with your team?
